Enabling digital first MVNO’s with an end to end MVNE platform

VADSA is a MVNE (mobile virtual network enabler) in Mexico that provides a one stop shop to MVNOs (mobile virtual network operators).

VADSA’s sister company, Exis, is the first MVNO to be on-boarded in VADSA’s MVNE platform. Exis is a ‘digital first’ MVNO, giving more control and choice to their customers.

They will roll out a range of innovative offers aimed at specific target groups – e.g. university students. Being able to quickly develop offers for different niche markets is dependent on the agility of the BSS platform.

At the heart of VADSA’s MVNE platform will be Openet’s Digital Business Platform (DBP). Openet provides policy and charging systems and these will be integrated into the BSS / OSS systems provided by Openet’s partner, MDS.

With Openet DBP VADSA can provide a one-stop shop for on-boarding new MVNOs. DBP also provides the flexibility for the MVNOs to differentiate their offers in a highly competitive market. An example of this is the ease of configuration of the offer catalogue which enables faster time-to-market equating to more flexible or complex service to be released.
