This powerful mediation tool offers a rigorous mechanism of gathering data and generation of reports, and is assisting Nextel in tasks as the superior organization of its IT system for revenue guarantee.

The project started at the end of 2006 and was concluded in middle of last year. During these months, a team of 10 people customized the original program developed by the Irish company. "About 90 percent of the work was carried through by our team here in Brazil," says Mauro Vicente, sales director and Openet partnership in Brazil. Openet in Ireland and its North American office supplied the necessary technical support in order to roll out the products quickly, guaranteeing Nextel Brazil maximum profitability and control over its operations.
