Openet appoints sales and market development vice president for Latin America and the Caribbean

São Paulo, January 2013 - Openet, a global leader of real-time transaction management software and services, has appointed Antonio Junior to the position of Sales and Market Development vice president for the Latin America and Caribbean regions (CALA). His main challenge will be to expand the client base in the region and grow the relationship with existing clients.

"Antonio is an accomplished Sales executive and he will lead our CALA team to new growth opportunities for Openet", said Philip Hogan, global vice president of sales and services at Openet. “As the move to LTE gathers momentum, Antonio’s proven expertise will be central to continuing Openet’s progress in CALA.”

Before joining Openet, Antonio Junior worked for almost 27 years at HP, where he was involved with many business units. In the last few years, he lead the areas related to Services Sales and Pre-Sales. His last position was as Consultancy and Professional Services Sales Director of HP in Brazil.

Antonio Junior, holds a bachelor degree in Electronic and Business Administration, along with a masters degree in Business Management from Faculdade Getúlio Vargas and University of Lisbon.
