Openet announces new investor and board member

DUBLIN, Ireland – February 1st 2017 – Openet, a global leader in the supply of real-time BSS and customer engagement systems, today announced that Cipio Partners have become an investor and Board member of Openet.
At the end of December 2016, Cipio Partners (www.cipiopartners.com), a leading international secondary direct investment management and advisory firm who make direct investments in private high-quality growth businesses in Europe, Israel and North America, entered into agreements with some existing shareholders to acquire a minority interest in Openet. Cipio Partners will join the board of Openet.
