Iusacell Selects Openet to Deliver Multi-Phase Charging and Rating Solution

Dublin, Ireland and Reston, VA, August 28th, 2006; Openet Telecom (“Openet”), the leading provider of active mediation, charging and rating solutions, today announced that Grupo Iusacell (“Iusacell”), a leading mobile services provider in Mexico, selected Openet to deliver charging and rating capabilities for all of the carrier’s pre- and post-paid data service offerings.

Openet’s FusionWorks™ ActiveCharge and ActiveRate products will enhance infrastructure assets in Iusacell and provide an economical platform for the creation of innovative billing models to Iusacell’s post and prepaid subscriber base.
