He has extensive experience in managing rapid-growth telecommunications companies and in handling high-value international transactions.
After graduating from CSULA, he spent a long career with Pacific Bell, becoming Vice President and General Manager, overseeing 2,500 staff in operations and sales. Subsequently, Cuccio held COO, CEO or President roles with LHS Group, Belgacom Mobile, Airtouch Europe, Omnipoint Communications, Airtouch Paging, Phaeton Communications and Advanced TelCom Group. He is also a member of the Board of Affinity.
