Billing & OSS World magazine recognized Hogan as a Best Back Office Innovator and specifically highlighted Hogan’s hands-on approach and leadership in the creation of a customized activation, billing and charging solution specific to the iPad. Additionally, TMC, a global, integrated media company, honored the Company’s policy management solution, Policy Manager, with a 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY BSS/OSS Excellence Award. The editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY selected Openet’s Policy Manager solution based on its ability to not only contribute to the success of its users’ businesses, but to also create an architecture that supports internal network operations.
Another notable achievement is the receipt of the Product of the Year award from Cable Spotlight, a publication dedicated to cable technology, which recognized Openet’s Interactive Services Fulfillment solution for its ability to enable operators to ease how they scale and deliver content to various applications, services and devices. With Openet’s Interactive Services Fulfillment solution, cable operators can launch interactive services and create a more personalized experience for their subscribers.
Additionally, Openet’s Policy Manager 3.0 (PCRF) was named a Stevie Award finalist for Telecommunications Product of the Year by the American Business Awards. A national panel of judges will evaluate finalists’ innovation, creativity and effectiveness and will announce the Stevie Award winners at the ninth annual awards banquet on Monday, June 20th, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
