Openet appoints Bill Branagh as VP Sales EMEA and APAC

Dublin, Ireland, 18th October 2005; Openet Telecom, a world leader in real-time charging, advanced mediation, and network-edge rating, today announced that Bill Branagh has been appointed Vice President of Sales for EMEA and APAC. Branagh is responsible for sales of Openet products and professional services, both direct and indirect, in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
With more than 23 years in the telecommunications sector, Branagh brings a wide range of experience to Openet. Most recently Branagh was Director of Worldwide Sales, at Tertio Telecoms and VP, International Sales when Tertio was acquired by Evolving Systems Inc in 2004. Prior to that Branagh spent three years as Executive Director and VP Sales – EMEA, at WatchMark (now Vallent) a global OSS vendor of Performance Management and Service Assurance products to wireless network operators.
