Openet announces new investor and board member

DUBLIN, Ireland – February 1st 2017Openet, a global leader in the supply of real-time BSS and customer engagement systems, today announced that Cipio Partners have become an investor and Board member of Openet.

At the end of December 2016, Cipio Partners (, a leading international secondary direct investment management and advisory firm who make direct investments in private high-quality growth businesses in Europe, Israel and North America, entered into agreements with some existing shareholders to acquire a minority interest in Openet.  Cipio Partners will join the board of Openet.

Commenting on this transaction, CEO Niall Norton said that “Openet are extremely pleased to count Cipio Partners as an investor and Board member. The company is well placed to realize its strategic plan and this addition to the Board will add significant experience and support to the Management team of the company in this period of exciting growth”.
