Igenica Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based developer of monoclonal antibodies for treating cancer, has raised $33 million in Series C funding. Third Rock Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers The Column Group, Orbimed Advisors and 5AM Ventures. www.igencia.com
 
Yext, a New York-based company that syncs business listings for publishers, has raised $27 million in Series E funding. Marker led the round, and was joined by CrunchFund and return backers Sutter Hill Ventures, Institutional Venture Partners and WGI Group. www.yext.com
