Openet has launched Openet Express Solutions, a scalable set of pre-packaged policy and charging control solutions that address common operator business needs with reduced time-to-market and operating expenses.

Due to be commercially available soon, Openet says Express Solutions is pre-configured and will help reduce cost of ownership.

Openet also launched the Openet Partner Program for Express Solutions today, enabling partners to sell and deploy these pre-packaged solutions for their customers.
