Openet launches Subscriber Engagement Engine

Transactional intelligence system provider Openet has launched the Openet Subscriber Engagement Engine, a product that gives subscribers real-time visibility into their usage and enables them to directly control, manage and personalise their services, balances and spend. Openet's engine provides real-time insight and control by aggregating data directly from BSS/OSS systems and delivering it directly to a consumer's mobile device. The engine acts as a central gateway for extending the integration of Policy and Charging elements to include the mobile device. It can be specifically branded by the operator and delivered directly on a mobile device. Operators gain a direct channel to interact with each subscriber and can process requests, while remaining completely personalised to the individual user.
