Openet expands loyalty programs solution
March 23, 2011 - Openet
Openet, the most innovative provider of Subscriber Optimization Software (SOS) to tier one communications and media service providers, today announces the expansion of its industry-leading Loyalty Programs solution to include a comprehensive promotions management and in-session promotion decision engine. Openet’s Loyalty and Promotions Solution, includes real-time promotions functionality that enables service providers to drive targeted revenue creation and reduce churn through real-time interaction with subscribers.
The solution brings powerful campaign creation tools to communication and media service providers, enabling the development of targeted, rewards-based campaigns stemming from real-time subscriber behaviour, historical usage and subscriber profile data. Promotions can be targeted to subscribers based on specific profile criteria such as gender, age and interests, and programs can be set to run for any specified length of time. Additionally, the solution can notify operators and users when reward levels are reached, driving additional usage.
The GUI-based promotion and loyalty program system allows non-technical users, such as marketing managers, to quickly and easily define and modify even complex promotion campaigns. This enables operators to quickly react to market results—meaning that collective subscriber activity can drive changes to campaigns in real time.
“Targeted promotions can go a long way in driving subscriber adoption of new services, and this engine goes one step further by enabling operators to cultivate and maintain loyalty through customised programs,” said Michael Manzo, CMO of Openet. “By providing transparency into subscriber behaviour and creating custom campaigns based on targeted data, operators can become smarter while serving happier subscribers. This drives revenue, longevity and market traction—a must for today’s service providers.”
