Our Solution

With their partner, Kapsch CarrierCom, Openet supplied their Policy Manager solution to Telekom Austria Group for deployment in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Belarus, Serbia, and Slovenia. This enables:

  • Customer security during mobile data usage

  • Bill shock controls and compliance with EU data roaming legislation

  • Faster roll out of use cases through deployment throughout Group operators of existing use cases

The deployment of Openet’s Policy Manager makes it possible for approximately 19 million mobile subscribers in the Telekom Austria Group to benefit from enriched and innovative services that will enhance customer experience. Telekom Austria Group can now provide operators within the Group flexible and secure policy and billing solutions to support the increased use of data services, while providing both new and existing customers with enriched and innovative services that will enhance their experience of network service.
