Our training department delivers state-of-the-art programs that use timely course development methodologies and delivery techniques.

Our goal is to help customers deliver services today, and effectively plan for the future, by taking advantage of evolving trends and staying ahead of technological change.

Audience

Openet delivers training to a range of communications service provider employees:

  • Management, who need to understand the product capabilities so they can make effective decisions to align solutions with strategy
  • Business analysts, who need to know the various solutions available to plan and design implementations that match business objectives
  • Technical/development staff, who will manage and implement the requirements to meet the solutions needs
  • Testing staff, who ensure that implementations meet business requirements
  • Operations staff, who manage and maintain the solution in daily production environments

Courses

Openet offers training for each of our products to address the needs of the aforementioned roles. We also work with clients to offer customized training when necessary, and deliver training across all products so that service providers can integrate complete event processing, charging, and rating solutions to meet their business needs.

Standard courses include:

  • Overview, for users who need to understand the products but will not have to implement, operate or maintain them
  • Operations training, for users who will maintain and operate the system on a daily basis in production
  • Developer training, for those who will implement and maintain the system configuration in support of business requirements
  • Upgrade, to help existing users take advantage of new features as they are released

Team

A dedicated team of technical trainers provide courses on the entire suite of Openet products and solutions. Openet training centers are located in Dublin, Ireland, and Reston, Virginia, USA. Courses can also be delivered during dedicated training events held at customer sites.

These options allow training to be delivered when and where it is required to best meet planning and budgetary needs. This ensures that the right people in your organization can undergo the necessary training at the right time.
