Client Services

Openet Client Services equips service providers and network operators with onsite resources for operational planning, systems administration, and systems engineering on a short- or long-term basis. Drawing from a pool of Openet trained personnel, our Client Services customers are able to exploit our expertise and thought leadership in network-edge event and transactional software development and deployment.

Customer Support

Our support group ensures that, if and when an issue with your FusionWorks™ deployment arises, it is resolved as quickly as possible with little to no impact on your business. Our team of support professionals are highly skilled, and multi-functional with expertise spanning our entire product line, custom-developed implementations, and the underlying databases, operating systems, and networks. The team is committed to delivering on the Service Level Agreements we sign with our customers.

Training

Openet is committed to teaching and empowering customers to use Openet products to address the complex transactional requirements of their networks today and into the future. Our training department delivers state-of-the-art programs that use timely course development methodologies and delivery techniques.
